Pass the Parcel

Pass the Parcel

This year’s appeal is about caring for your fellow neighbours and community, its about passing the food on, sharing the wealth, paying it forward.

Just £20 to us can mean everything to someone facing food insecurity

  • Live off our food parcel shopping list for 4 days
  • Donate just £20 so MK Food Bank can provide a parcel for someone who needs one
  • Pass the Parcel by nominating friends, family or colleagues on social media to do the same
  • Local businesses could match donations, families can club together and we can all help MK Food Bank this winter.

We are asking you to live on a 4 day food parcel, list of shopping below and to use your local community fridge – at the end of the experience to share your thoughts on social media and then pay the cost of your food parcel to someone in need this Christmas!

Make a donation or take part in our Pass the Parcel campaign and join us making this Christmas a time of compassion.

Just £20 could help someone with a Food Parcel.

    • End with: “I’m passing the parcel on to…”

Nominate: Tag 2–3 people (friends/family/colleagues).

Give: Donate via our Local Giving page OR bring your own parcel to MK Food Bank Options:

    • £20 → one person
    • £40 → two people
    • £90 → a 4-person family parcel
