If you are struggling financially and need urgent help with food, we can provide you and your family with a food parcel.
Our vision is a hunger-free Milton Keynes where everyone has enough food and no-one is left behind.
If you’re going through a difficult time, we’re here for you. We offer a kind welcome, food and practical support to help you feel more stable and in control again. There will be no judgment – just respect, choice and real help.’
We make getting help easy. Just share a few details with our helpline team and we’ll listen, understand and point you to the support that fits your situation. There’s no complicated process and no judgment. Whether you need food today or help getting back on your feet, we’re here to make things simple and to give you the support and hope you need.
How to get a Food Parcel
Our helpline team are available 9-3pm weekdays. They will ask a small number of questions about your situation. Call 0300 303 4933
You will be given a 6 digit number for your Emergency Food Parcel, you will need to take this and ID for yourself and people in your household.
The helpline team will advise where to collect your food parcel from, see below our centres all around Milton Keynes.
You can get 6 Emergency Food Parcels a year, after this we can advise on further support from our Beyond Food team and other support agencies in Milton Keynes.
Swap Boxes
We respect that some items in our Food Parcels might not be culturally appropriate for you, so we have Swap Boxes made in partnership with The Suleman Foundation.
From Halal to Gluten free we try to help everyone that needs us.
Swap boxes are available at Frank Moran Centre, Broughton, Hedgerows Family Centre and Rowans Family Centre – please ask for more details when presenting your food parcel voucher.
