Food Parcel Challenge
MK Food Parcel Challenge will return in December 2025!
Could you live on basic provisions for 4 days?
The MK Food Bank’s Food Parcel Challenge was a huge success! The challenge, which took place in December 2024, saw many participants giving up their everyday snacks, festive treats, and fresh meals, instead relying on only 20 essential store cupboard items. This effort was aimed at raising funds for the food bank, which continues to support those in need in Milton Keynes, especially during the winter months.
By participating, supporters not only contributed financially but also helped highlight the harsh realities of food poverty, which many local people are currently facing. It’s clear that their efforts have made a significant impact, helping to make the winter more bearable for those who rely on the food bank’s support.
The campaign’s success is a testament to the generosity of the community and the commitment to helping those less fortunate. If you’d like to find out the grand total raised, you can visit the fundraising page here.
